- Copy data obtained without authorisation.
- Attack infrastructure that belongs to others.
- Get around another provider’s contractual limits in a way that makes HostSpry part of the breach.
Suspension
HostSpry may suspend access in the cases above, or when a use threatens the integrity of the infrastructure. Notice and the right to respond are being defined in the legal review.
